In order to better meet the development needs of the times in the field of building exterior wall decoration, technical innovation has been carried out in five aspects, which endows insulation and decoration panel with more excellent energy-saving and environmental protection performance, promotes the continuous development of green energy-saving buildings, and helps the realization of building energy-saving dream.
一、生产设备：拥有完善的保温装饰一体板质量体系以及全行业的自动化喷涂生产线，环保，自动化程度处于国内地位。通过自动化设备控制生产工艺，保温装饰一体板质量稳定可控，系统的性与可靠性得到保障，有助于解决行业粗放式生产、质量不可控的弊病。
1、 Production equipment: it has a complete quality system of integrated thermal insulation and decoration board and an advanced automatic spraying production line in the whole industry. It is energy-saving and environmental friendly, and its automation level is in the domestic position. Through the control of production technology by automatic equipment, the quality of insulation and decoration integrated board is stable and controllable, and the safety and reliability of the system are guaranteed, which helps to solve the problems of extensive production and uncontrollable quality in the industry.
二、载体层防水：目前市面上大部分厂家对于载体层防水处理均比较简易，通过涂刷UV底漆轻易实现防水功能。业界翘楚——，采用国际技术，通过两遍真空导入将环氧树脂渗透入基层材料的方式，进行毛细孔封闭实现防水作用，有效地防止开裂和泛碱发白，并保持原有外观色泽。此外，载体层正反两面均采用无机环氧树脂真空导入，以此增强板材强度。
2、 Waterproof of carrier layer: at present, most manufacturers on the market have relatively simple waterproof treatment for carrier layer, and the waterproof function can be easily realized by brushing UV primer. The industry leader, adopting the international technology, infiltrating the epoxy resin into the base material through twice vacuum introduction, sealing the pores to achieve the waterproof effect, effectively preventing cracking and alkali whitening, and maintaining the original appearance color. In addition, both the positive and negative sides of the carrier layer are vacuum imported with inorganic epoxy resin, so as to enhance the strength of the plate.
三、色差控制：对于仿石系列产品而言，不同批次的原料和施工手法，会导致每一缸产品出现轻微色差。厂家通过对单缸产量的把控从根本上控制色差，目前市场上一般厂家单缸产量在20-30吨之间，而为了大限度地控制色差，优先采用60吨容量的调色缸，能同时供应6-7万方。
3、 Color difference control: for stone like products, different batches of raw materials and construction methods will cause slight color difference in each cylinder of products. The manufacturer controls the color difference fundamentally by controlling the output of single cylinder. At present, the output of single cylinder of general manufacturers in the market is between 20-30 tons. In order to control the color difference in a large extent, the color mixing cylinder with 60 tons capacity is preferred, which can supply 60000-70000 cubic meters at the same time.
四、装饰构件：保温装饰一体板基层种类以EPS(可发性聚苯乙烯)、PU(聚氨酯)、XPS(改性聚苯板)为主，稍有差异，反对利益上的经营理念，坚持根据开发商建筑特性，结合外观效果与等综合因素，向客户适宜产品。
4、 Decorative components: the base types of integrated thermal insulation and decoration board are mainly EPS (expandable polystyrene), PU (polyurethane), XPS (modified polystyrene board), with slightly different prices. It opposes the management concept of "benefit first". It adheres to recommend appropriate products to customers according to the building characteristics of developers, combined with appearance effect, price and other comprehensive factors.
五、保温芯材：石保温层主要通过PU板、GPA板、EPS板、XPS板、岩棉这几种材料进行保温隔热处理，根据不同地区选择相应的保温芯材，确保严寒地区都能达到75%有效需求。
5、 Thermal insulation core material: the energy-saving stone thermal insulation layer mainly uses Pu board, GPA board, EPS board, XPS board, rock wool and other materials for thermal insulation treatment. According to different regions, the corresponding thermal insulation core material is selected to ensure that 75% of the effective energy-saving requirements can be met in cold regions.
